Excellent service, home visit was brief as we knew what we wanted after visiting the showroom, they measured up, confirmed the fine detail and gave us a timeline for the fitment.

We had the door fitted 1 week earlier than originally agreed after an update from the company.

The door was fitted with little fuss, the tradesmen cleaned up after themselves to leave the area spotless (Best clean up ever from a tradesman) and demonstrated the door locking system.

Now after 2 months, everything looks great, workmanship, quality, finish all still appears excellent, the door operates perfectly and has seriously improved the appearance and insulation of the entrance to our house.

We would have no hesitation in recommending their services asI am sure we will use them again.

Good work from the very pleasant and helpful sales lady at the forge throught to the home visits and installation.

One grey area is the unrepaired damage left behind. Should not have a need to seek another tradesman to make good the skirting damage then recover costs, after an unsussessful attempt to have the damage made good by CWM.

I'd still recommend though just check for damages before payment.

I always wanted a bay window in my lounge. CWM were recommended by a friend. The person I dealt with came out and gave me a quote which I was delighted with. Placed my order and was told it would take 2 weeks. Yip 2 weeks later my windows were installed. New bay window in lounge and a new window in front bedroom in a complementary style to match In with the bay window The guys were really professional and friendly. Completed the job quicker than I expected. Cleaned up after themselves and took every bit of rubbish away with them. What a team.

Would highly recommend this company and I intend getting my back windows done in the new year. Well done guys. You are a credit to the company.

A few years ago I had French doors supplied and fitted by CWM to the rear of the house and was absolutely delighted with them so when I decided to renew my front door it was no contest back I went again to CWM and again I was not disappointed had a lovely new door fitted CWM is a brilliant company to deal with from start to finish I would most definitely recommend them you will not be disappointed. Ordered my new door and it was ready in just under two weeks! The quality of the door and the accessories are excellent as is the workmanship. The staff in the showroom, salesman and installer were all professional and pleasant to deal with. Excellent value for money, would highly recommend them.

We had a bay window, 2 bedroom windows and a front door fitted and to say we are delighted with them is an understatement. The boys were professional from start to finish and worked as a team. They cleaned everything when they were finished even the PVC and the glass!!. We have no hesitation in recommending CWM first class products and service. Thank you

The Team who made my Conservatory was Fantastic! All the way from the knock at the door to the finalising of my conservatory. Overall my experience with Apple has been amazing. The team who came to my house was very quick, friendly and efficient leaving no mess behind! The people I spoke to on the phone was very helpful, and dealt with things quite quickly. The Canvasser who knocked on my door was very helpful in booking the appointment. I was not to sure what to expect from apple, but looking at my conservatory they have exceeded what I have wanted. A very big thank you to everyone at Apple! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who wants a exterior home improvement.

After many attempts to buy dbl glazing & a visit to forge market i met a lovely lady who arranged visit, decided to go ahead and best decision ive made re home improvements , sales guy , fitters and windows different class , no mess and polite wouldnt hesitate to recommend.

ps had a wee prob with rear door and phoned in the morning and prob sorted that evening

Excellent installation, installers very competant and kinowledgable, standard of workmanship very high. Finished product exceeded our expectations. No mess, clearing up as the job progressed. On completion of the work installers went over all the installations ensuring that we were satisfied with the work. 100% satisfaction. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend company to friends and family.

i would recommend this company to anyone as i've just had work done on my house ie; new stair window,bay window,bedroom window,front door& now decking out the back all done by this company these guy's are good, the guy we got was called JOHN he was brilliant i would recommend anyone getting any work done ask for this guy because he know's his stuff, this company are neat&tidy and don't leave any mess not like other company's i could mention going to get a new back door&kitchen window & bedroom window to finish the house off even the rep that came out, BENNY was good he told told us the price and tht was everything nothing else added afterward's so if buying any upvc stuff get this company 5star's for this company in my book
