Dodgy Illegal Practices!
Dodgy Practices - Be Careful!
I had work done a few years ago. I wasn't supplied with the requisite FENSA Certificate. I tried to find my details on the FENSA website, only to find that Cut Price Windows didn't register the work with them! No doubt, this is due to the fact that a small fee is involved.
You might have problems when you want to sell your house and Cut Price Windows don't want to clear up their illegal mistake - BEWARE and BE CAREFUL

I got my doors and windows fitted from them, They are also good in prices and in services aswell. They have specific department for every job unlike other manufacturers. I will recommend them to my families and friends. All their products are guaranteed and excellent quality. Feels Like having a new Home with the new windows, doors and bifold.

Headache From Day One To Now Three Years Later
Cutprice Windows. PLEASE! Don't use them, I have and they are a headache from day one to now three years later never turn up when they should and after sales service, there isn't. The windows look good but the quality is rubbish and especially the glass they use very poor.
Good than many others...happy with their job
I had ordered 3 windows and 2 doors to be fitted. The best thing was they done it as they agreed for example they made an agreement and then followed that till end. They conducted their work and at the end cleaned the whole place and collected mess even. That was really nice thing and their work is cheaper than blue chip companies but better in quality so I am happy anyhow.

I am very happy with the service I have received from Cutprice windows. They arranged a quote, measured up and fitted all with great professionalism. Excellent quality windows and doors, expertly fitted, which have transformed our home. Carpets were covered and everything was left clean and tidy. The office staff have also been efficient and provided good communication. After sales service was quick to resolve a small problem with a window handle which was replaced 3 days later.
We would recommend Cutprice windows without any hesitation.
They will give you a headache not worth it trust me. Service from day one was rubbish and the same 3 years later nothing has changed. Never turn up when they should and you have to keep chasing them. Windows and doors only look good but are off poor quality, same with the glass they use. One off the double glazed windows has got condensation building up between the glass on the inside and it's taking them over a month to fix this. Please save your self a headache and spend a bit more somewhere else, peace of mind.
