Do Not Use This Company
Dreadful company. They didn’t turn up on the arranged day. When they did come, they fitted the door but as soon as it rained, water came pouring into my newly plastered kitchen. After many, many phone calls, someone came out, said that it had been fitted incorrectly and pumped ordinary sealant over the top. Needless to say, it still leaked and despite many more phone calls to the receptionist who said someone would call me, nobody ever did. Had to pay someone else to fix the door.

Good Leaded Windows
Dealt with an adviser who made and fitted double glazed leaded windows to our house.
Was very pleased, had a minor problem with one window and they returned immediately and sorted it out.
Will definitely use again.

Totally Unfounded We Tried To Resolve This Problem
Totally unfounded we tried to resolve this problem with this customer,she fails to tell people that she ordered the glass direct and asked us to fit it which we agreed to,only to be told it was the wrong glass so we are not quite sure how she put this down to our company,she was told that she could reorder the glass where the cost was down to her as it was her mistake in the first place,there's no pleasing some people,so she decided to write this ridiculous reveiw can we wish her a happy new year

Channel Glazing is an absolutely shocking company. Their customer service is disgusting. The receptionist constantly talks to other people whilst on the phone to you. They promise things that will never be done. The doors they fitted are nothing but trouble and they are very quick to place blame on something else. I never receive any communication back from them. Its just plain rude. Never use them you will only end up with a lot of unnecessary stress!
I think the two one star reveiws are totally out of context,we have used there company for many years and as a company have spent many thousands of pounds with them,sure there have been a few small hiccups but come on who out there in the service industry does get it right all the time,we have used other glazing company's on the south coast and trust me channel glazing are right up there with some of the best service we receive from any of our suppliers,some times people have to look at themselves and ask why they got the supposed response they did,I know that this company have been in exsistence for nearly 20 years and there are very few complaints when you consider how long they have been in buisness.so as I have already pointed out no company or person are perfect,but when people leave stupid comments because there having a bad day maybe they should just think before they submit there comments are they perfect I suspect not

If you order glass from this firm , please check every detail . As I had order a patterned glass which was very expensive and when being put in I found it was wrong , someone had ordered the wrong one . When speaking to the owner I found him VERY RUDE and just SHOUTED AT ME done ,I then ask what he would do and his words to me where " he would order the right ones only if I paid anther £100 which I did not have . Needless to say I will never recommend this firm . One a good note the fitter was very good and apologised for his boss . I am still very upset by the hole experience
I am informed that you actually ordered the glass your self and asked if you could send it to channel glazing which they agreed with,when it was taken to be fitted you realised it was the wrong glass,so how can you blame channel glazing,you were told that if you wanted the right glass there woul be a charge which is what any company would have done, so what gives you the right to go on this sight and come out with these comments your outrageous,it's no wonder you got a response from the owner I can't think of any body that I know who would have put up with your attitude on the phone,what are we supposed to do just roll over,not this time I know the customer is allways right but not in your case no way.
I'm led to believe that you actually ordered the glass your self and asked they send it to channel glazing so how can you blame them when you ordered the glass,who do you know that would pay for your mistake,I think your reveiw is totally unfounded.

Good Budget Windows
I had several quotes to replace the windows on my flat and Channel Glazing was by far the cheapest. They did a good job and I was pleased with the windows. I have had no problems with the windows at all. The only difficulty I had was getting a Guarentee Certificate - I had to chase them up for it with several phone calls before they finally sent it to me. In the event I never needed the guarentee becasue the windows are fine.

Very unprofessional.I've been trying to get a price for around three weeks now.everytime I call I'm promised I will get a call back shortly with the quote.ive given up now after 3 weeks and after reading the reviews on the internet.
We have sent three prices to this customer and we have also phoned him three times but goes onto his voice mail which he also doesent respond to,not quite sure what else we are supposed to do,the reveiw is totally unfounded some times it doesent matter what you do to help people they still would never be happy

I would never use channel glazing again or refer any1 to them they are rogue traders they have a book of excuses they take your money fit cheap parts and have no after service
Maybe you would like to quantify what you mean by your comments,it's easy to sit behind a computer and try to destroy company's like hours,but I can assure you there are thousands of very satisfied customers out there that have been more than satisfied with our service,I'm sure if you were a reasonable human being we would have resolved any problems you seem to have had with us perhaps you would be better off actually explaining what you are implying regarding rogue traders,there are laws about slander unless you can prove your allegations.

I have used channel glazing several times and can promise you they do a good job, never had an issue with them, very efficient and finish product is first class. Would recommend to anyone.
