My landlord recommended me this compagny to fix my windows. After 2 weeks having run after them to set up an appointement, they canceled the same day, with no more excuse than "I have a bigger work than yours". "I will come when I'll have time". I told him it wasn't a professionnal behavior and he answered "I'll come when I decide, not when you decide". They are sooooo rude, I never heard such a thing. If you need to fix your windows? Go see someone else!

Do not go to him. Does not cover and changes his name every time, service terrible and terrible installation

Now trades under BRITANNIC HOME IMPROVEMENTS but still advertises in local North London paper as BRITANNIC WINDOWS. Totally dishonest owner who goes by the name of (name removed). A very convincing salesman but when things go wrong turns a blind eye, and after completion of job does not honour his guarantee which is why he has changed name of company so that all customers who ordered from BRITANNIC WINDOWS are now not covered by the 10 year guarantee - THERE ARE PLENTY OF DECENT WINDOW/CONSERVATORY COMPANIES ON THE MARKET, SO BE SURE NOT TO USE BRITANNIC WINDOWS OR BRITANNIC HOME IMPROVEMENTS.
