Contacted Bluesky Verandas about having a glass veranda installed. Had a visit from their rep and decided to sign up straight away because they could offer a 6-8 week installation time. The Surveyor turned up after two weeks to measure and we were told that the veranda had not been ordered yet. After four weeks my husband contacted them to find out about an installation date and couldn't get anyone to return his phone calls or texts. Eventually he got through to the main office and asked for a return call from one of the Directors of the Company. He called and admitted that they had still not ordered the veranda and were busy dealing with very big jobs in Somerset and Scotland. Obviously our £16,000 job was too small for them. They lied about how long they had been in business. Told us 2 years but in fact it was 9 months at the time of their visit to us.

This Company act like a bunch of cowboys and have no regard for customers whatsoever, they don't call you back.

We have wasted 6 weeks on this Company and now have to start all over again with someone else.

Do Not Use this Company unless you want to be disappointed!!
