I am really pleased with my new windows and the service I received from Betterdeal Windows. All the men I dealt with from Director to the guy who came to measure up and then the wonderful the installers. They were all professional, punctual, clean and polite.

I felt they all respected my home and I did not mind having them around at all.

Full house replacement UPVC windows and aluminium bi folds + 2 x composite doors.

Started off so well and they had come from recommendation from two friends. Courteous, great price, detailed quote and nice guy. Some of the quote was for existing house some was off plans from architect extension drawings. They were in a rush to get the works started rather than wait for builders to get works to suitable position. The installation in the existing house was great, fitter was great and tidy work. It then started to change when they had to wait for extension. They returned a few times to check floor levels for bi fold doors. They fitted a wrong back door, different style of windows so both had to be taken out and re done, then they demanded we pay £1000 more as we were accused of altering plans and sizes but everything was built to exact measurements, we were then told quote was for upvc and not aluminium but quote clearly said aluminium and there was an asterisk for deducting a further £1000 for upvc. We were then threatened with solicitors and the non registration of works with fensa as we refused to pay the extra money. Fortunately our case was watertight with everything recorded and time stamped so they came to their senses and provided us with fensa certificate but then relations were soured so bad they cut ties and we can’t use them for any remedial works or snagging. Can’t utilise this 10 year insurance backed guarantee. They were to return with some handle screw covers but that will never happen so in the end it was a lot of stress and all totally unnecessary.

Super new windows & doors, couldn't be happier, friendly staff & excellent fitters, the person I dealt with didn't require a single penny in advance, the work took only two days, they took all the rubbish away when they was finished, all in all I had a very good experience of dealing with this man and his teams.

Pleased with both the quality of fittings and workmanship of installation - BDW was lowest quote in our area from among 6 other suppliers. The fitter worked quickly but didn't rush the details i.e. clean finish in sealing against brickwork and sill indoors. Timing for manufacture of windows was a little bit delayed (couple of weeks) but was during Covid lockdown so understandable.

BetterDeal Windows were excellent from start to finish. I obtained multiple quotes and Better Deal Windows offered not only the best value for money, but I also liked the fact that everyone I interacted with was extremely professional, responsive and genuinely wanted to ensure the job was done to the highest standard.
