It all started very pleasant and reasurring- we wanted new doors that soft close and from the person handing over leaflets to the one taking our £2k deposit we were reassured that they do a variation of soft closing as we repeatedly expressed it was the ONLY reason we were even considering changing the doors. We were reassured that if there were any issues, we would get the money back. As the surveyor came, we were told they no longer offer that feature and a very impertinent sales person told us we cannot have the full deposit returned because they incurred costs as a business. It is a shame such business people are allowed to operate.

Since they have been in I have really noticed the difference in temperature to my home! now I do not have to wipe of the condensation.... Honestly would recommend this company to others seeking a good job done by professional people.

well, i couldn't believe it! My wife really wanted to go ahead, but i was not so sure! being the carful person i am wanted to check out the company to make sure all is good. i found them on trust pilot and saw they have a few reviews all very good. so we went ahead got the job done! not only did they do the job to a VERY high standard, they did not just take my money and run! they came back after the installation to check i was happy and inspect the work that had been done! Amazing service and a great company. Thank you
