Samsung SNH-E6440BN

I had great hopes for this CCTV kit. It says on many sites that Windows software can be used, but on the leaflet and box it says only Android or Apple. On the Samsung site it states only Linux! So I was confused. I was ready to give up....I then looked at the power supply. It was a bathroom/ shaver 2 pin socket which came with a plastic replica of a 13A plug - but this was ALL plastic, so how was this supposed to work - this plug had 2 metal and 1 plastic earth pin, but it didn`t have a back!!!..That was it - I gave up caring - I sent it back. There is also a mistake with the easy guide on the Samsung web site....the Ethernet cable is supposed to go into the WiFi button!?
