Nature Cameras Wireless Bird Box Camera

I ordered a bird nest box with a camera from Nature Cameras (Naturecameras.co.uk) for my wife's birthday in April. It arrived very quickly and very well packaged. The quality of the cedar bird box was amazing, extremely well built and robust, beautiful patterns in the wood. It was simple to set up and picture quality was stunning. Within a week the birds started to visit it and were soon building a nest. We are hooked on watching the birds, the eggs have just hatched and the feeding is underway. I couldn't recommend this company and product enough. Simply one of the best presents I have ever bought.

My wife bought me this for Christmas. Ordered 14 Dec 2012 arrived 19 Dec. As I could find no use for this item my wife called 16 Jan 2013 to ask if we could return it unopened. "No. It's been 3 weeks since Christmas" was the reply. I phoned too, explaining that it was a difficult issue to raise. To tell one's wife her Christmas present is not wanted takes courage and it took me a while to pluck up that courage. The very polite gentleman I spoke to at NATURE CAMERAS LIMITED still would not budge.

Same item half the price on other sites who offer 30 day returns policy, so little chance of selling it on for anywhere near what we paid for it.
