Avoid This Company
After assurances from salesman on phone, I bought £150 four camera digital witreless CCTV kit.
Wireless would not penetrate the walls of my house.
Even when 'mocked up' the picture quality was hopeless.
Not fit for purpose.
Only after several emails to the CEO did they agree to pick up the parcel for a full refund.
Then they only partially refunded!
i-view cameras is part of 'Buy It Direct' who have a poor score on this site.
I bought DVR when I received it was faulty. I rang IVeiw customerservice and explained it was not working they tried to blame the HDD considering it was brand new and sealed. I took the DVR to a independant expert who found fault with the unit and not the hard drive. On Iview receiving I was told it was ok after it was checked by their engineer. I refuse to accept the return of the DVR and would only accept a brand new replacement . Iview told me they could only return the DVR sent so i asked for a full refund. I wrote and rang there Customer Manager no reply,to cut a long story short it took month getting my refund. Please Avoid IVeiwcameras their after care customer service is very poor I would never buy anything from this company.
