Ordered 5 sheets of 4mm twinwall polycarbonate 1220x915 mm from MERIDIAN BUILDING PLASTICS Ltd Enfield. Postage quoted was £6.50.

Following submission of the order I was contacted to say that the postage charged was wrong because it could not be delivered through the post and would need a special courier. They asked for another £22.20 that seemed excessive and although I was not pleased about it I decided to go ahead. Then further problems, the quoted delivery for Friday (order placed on Tuesday) did not materialise and no contact made. They have a facility to track an order on their site but this was set to pending so I had no idea what was going on. Phoned on Saturday for information was asked to leave contact details (they had these with the account information on their website!). No call back. Phoned again on Monday, same procedure to leave details. No contact. After a few hours phoned again and spoke to someone different who said the where still trying to trace the order!!!!!!!!!!!! Eventually I was told they had found the order but had run out of stock and would be getting more in next day and would deliver on Thursday (2 weeks from placing order).

Frustrating and incompetent company to deal with. If you want to keep your sanity avoid this company……
