I placed an order and paid for it. I was given a delivery date for 4 days later, not too far from the place. In Bow, East London.

I was in no big rush, so when the wood didn't turn up, I didn't chase it up. I called two weeks later and was given an apology and another date. Work was going on so there was someone to accept delivery and help unload at all times. A month later I had to cancel the order and go to B and Q and buy my wood from there. When I emailed Mdfcuttosize.com I didn't complain, I just asked for a refund and to please cancel the order. I was told tough! The wood has been cut, and they would deliver it in a few days. That was two weeks ago. I have emailed threatened trading standards still no refund, and guess what? Still no wood! Although I don't need it now anyway. Avoid them
