Living Design UK - 3 Panel Hardwood Door

Living Design UK is a company based in Scotland manufacturing Bi Folding hardwood doors.

They are very affordable and quality of doors is good. That is where good things end. Customer services is non existent. Very hard to ring them as it seems the number on the web site is re directed to someones home and you will usually get owner wife or kids picking the phone up.

Doors were delivered with 2 weeks delay. Ironmongery has not arrived at this stage - 3 weeks delay now so I can not install the door. It doesn't make my customers happy.

When I ring them they say there is nothing they can do. Not even provide a tracking number for a parcel - as apparently they did not get one! That makes me think that they never sent it in first place.

Doors were delivered to my home address (I am a builder) not site address as they driver arrived to Londond at 8pm and had to go back to Scotland same day! I was left with a choice of having it delivered to where I live or to have them delivered next time they go to London, which wouldn't happen soon.

Absolutely terrible experience. Avoid at all risk. Their web site is nice and flashy and doors seem nice - if you receive them.

One more thing - no one told me that ironmongery was missing too!
