Placed an order with these guys and totally useless. No goods yet, poor customer service. Might be cheap but cheap for a reason.

Yes the prices are attractive but you will soon find out why. When your goods go missing, the less2fix crew will pull pretty much every excuse out of the hat to avoid helping you. On line businesses are based simply on making life easier for the customer. Less2fix and its associated companies do not sign up to this mantra and will do anything to avoid honouring their contract to supply goods. AVOID

Ordered some materials, nothing has been received a month later, I've emailed asking for a refund and no response

Price seemed good so I ordered. Can't comment on quality of items as I never received them. . I was originally told item would arrive on Tuesday, called this morning (weds) to enquire when it would arrive, was told someone would return my call in 15 minutes, called 4 hours later and was told it would probably be on Friday, but with no guarantees, by a very unhelpful employee who was entirely unapologetic for the company's two previous imisrepresentations and kept telling me how busy they were. I would have been happy to wait for the order had they told the truth not messed me around. Cancelled the order and won't deal with them again

I have been using less2fix for around 9 months now for all my building firms metal work supplies nails screws joist hangers and so on ..

On my 23rd order and just thought I would pass on how easy this is to do

The products are normally delivered next working day and the prices are amazing most of the products we have had are the same as our local suppliers want 5 times more for ..
