After reading the previous review I felt the need to leave my opinion on Hamilton Leicester Ltd, Unlike the other review myself and my wife couldn't fault the work that they did for us on our business premises in Leicester. The work did take longer than stated but that`s just building work things happen and bits take longer than expected, the cost was also higher but that's down to the wife wanting everything doing at once (which wasn`t the plan). There guys were more than accommodating even with the additional workload and my tight deadline.

I`d recommend them all day long and even managed to secure them for further building work which starts in the summer, I`m sure it will be fantastic addition to our home, we look forward to seeing the guys again and all the site banter that goes with it (not to mention the tea/coffee making!).

Hamilton built a domestic extension. It took 3 times longer than advised to complete, but were glad to see it finished in Nov 15. Since then, rain has poured in through the roof. The wrong tiles were used. Hamilton agreed to sort, but after 10 weeks we had old tiles piled up, the roof unfinished, nobody on site. They promised to fix it, repeatedly they didn't turn up. Hamilton agreed to pay my costs to sort it myself, but hasn't. I am having to get internal repairs done at my own expense too. He now tells me that he cannot afford to pay what he has agreed, because his business doesn't have enough cash. So I'm out of pocket and wouldn't recommend Hamilton Leicester.
