The Bathroom Centre Ltd

After placing an order for over £3,000 for our new bathroom furniture (new bath, toilet, shower, washbasin etc etc) I arranged for the items to be delivered. First bath arrived - the wrong one, a replacement bath arrived - the wrong one. A Third bath arrived - damaged. A fourth bath arrived - yipee Bathroom Centre can actually read their own order number! However we then realised they had delivered the wrong shower pump. Can never reach thier showroom by phone and never anyone to speak to. So we drive all the way to their showroom to swop the pump for the one we had ordered. Great we think we are on the home run. But not with the Bathroom Centre! The heated towel rail thread is dameged - you guessed it. We drive all the way back to the showroom to swop it for another one. Once more we find the plug device for the bath has been delivered with the wrong fixture. Yep we are driving back to the showroom to swop it. The really annoying thing is although The Bathroom Centre do swop the item for us to one that will fit they put the the first one that is no good to anyone in the box they took the replacement one from so some poor sole is going to have the same problem we had! I can not recommend the company to anyone - too many sloppy errors that repeated so often acn only be a true reflection of their business.
