Further to my recently having an issue with a shower pump that was ordered 2 years ago , but not fitted until a month later , and now the pump has packed up , I decided to contact the manufacturer Stuart Turner Pumps as after looking at their website notice that this pup carries a 3 year warranty so thought no problem . They asked me for the serial number which meant I had to go to site some 50 miles away and get this , only to be told that although these same pumps carry a 3 year warranty now , back when it was purchased they only carried a 1 year warranty ??

I then decided to contact the plumbers merchant where I first purchased this who told me that in fact it carried a 2 year warranty at time of purchase and to contact Stuart Turner again , which I did only to be told the same thing again . They did however inform me that they would happily sell me a new pump at FULL PRICE.

I declined their useless offer as I am not spending good money on another one of their products which could only last 2 years !!

I have now decided to use another manufacturer for my new pump and would advise anybody looking to install a pump to do the same as not only was the product inferior , but the customer service was more than unsatisfactory

AVOID THIS COMPANY !!!
