Item arrived approx 2 weeks late. The item delivered was not the same as the item ordered. They were notified immediately, but took approx 1 month to pick up. It is now a further approx 2 weeks after the pick up and they still havent refunded our money.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. (Also known as Discontinued Bathrooms).

I ordered three toilets and a sink and pedastall via this company.
The delivery occurred one week after the order.
One of the items was incorrect. This was sorted one week after the original delivery date. Cant really ask for more than this.
Exclusive bathrooms saved me over £100 in total cost of the equivalent items elsewhere.
I will definately use this firm again and would recommend.

Exclusive bathrooms also go by the name "Discontinued Bathrooms". I had the misfortune of placing an order through the Discontinued Bathrooms website and I am still waiting for the item one month on. Promised delivery dates come and go, with no delivery. Promised phone calls to keep me updated never arrive. Whenever I phone my item "has just been despatched" and will arrive soon. It never does. A requested tracking number is never available or "in another office". When I complained about being strung along, the "customer service" representative (a term I used very loosely indeed) told me that he refused to be "pilloried" by me and that I could cancel my order if I want, i.e. he didn't care and I should get lost. They are a bunch of charlatans - don't waste your time and money with them. I wish I hadn't.
I have to agree with the above review Discontinued Bathrooms are a complete sham will poorly trained staff who are also extremely rude on the phone. I purchased an item on the 27th July 2012 and this was not dispatched until I had made several phone calls. I eventually got the item which was wrong. I returned the item by Recorded Delivery postage immediately and checked a few days later to see if it had arrived safely.
The item had indeed arrived safely but the refund hadn't been given. I have now spent over a month seeking this refund and have being spoken to curtly in many phone calls by ill-mannered staff who do not know how to do their job. These poorly trained staff should be fired and replaced by some decent intelligent staff who would be grateful of the job.
I have now opened a dispute with them via my credit card company and will be reporting them to the Fair Trading Department.
Discontinued Bathrooms should really think carefully about their current staff..........especially the chap named Pat who has no telephone etiquette and doesn't give a toss about the customer. This company should be shut down immediately.

Exclusive Bathrooms also go by the name of Discontinued Bathrooms. I ordered some items for a refitted en-suite at the beginning of December 2010.
It took nigh on 35 days for the goods to arrive. Even with the snow in early december and the delivery backlogs, it's still very poor performance. Their website says that delivery takes 7-10 days. I found out from the delivery man that in fact my goods had been sitting idle at the local distribution branch for 3 weeks!
With all this hassle, I had to phone Exclusive Bathrooms up many times to find out what was going on. In all cases they didn't know and they said they'd phone me back (which they only once ever did).
The goods arrived in early January at last, except for one item. That part took another 24 days to arrive. The excuse from Exclusive Bathrooms turned from "It's on it's way to you" to "We're still waiting for the part to arrive from the Manufacturer" to "It's being sent direct from the Manufacturer" to "We've just received the part and it's now been sent out to you today". After the last excuse the part arrived one week later.
Overall they strike me as being a bunch of amateurs. Why they didn't provide me with a courier tracking number, despite asking, is mind boggling. How they can call themselves "discontinued bathrooms" when they are supplied by Manufacturers is something that I'll be raising with the Trading Standards Office.
