Ordered a bath on Monday morning, no option to choose an alternative delivery address so e-mailed to request delivery to work address instead. No response. Tried calling, no answer. Checked my credit card statement and found payment had been taken immediately, this made me uneasy given the difficulty in making contact with this company. Requested a call back on their website, no response. Tried calling again and spent over an hour on the phone, letting it ring out 4 times until finally someone picked up. This was now Thursday! Was told phones had been mental, not surprising since they never pick the damn things up! Informed them I wanted to change delivery address, was told no problem and asked when I wanted delivery. Somewhat taken aback, I asked when the bath would be ready for despatch and was told they'd check and call me back in half an hour. No call back and I spent another hour on the phone letting it ring out 5 times then gave up. Came home and found an e-mail from Paypal saying Enjoy Bathrooms had refunded my payment as stock item was damaged. No call, no e-mail, nothing from this company. Their website boasts of 5 star customer service but either I was extremely unlucky or they are faking it becuase I have never had the misfortune to deal with such an unprofessional company - and I've dealt with some cowboys in my time. I will never deal with them again and would advise everyone else to shop elsewhere - pay a little more to a supplier who answers their phones, responds to e-mails and values customer service enough to want to speak to the people who keep them in business.
