I purchased a large duvet -15 TOG, and 4 pillows from E4Emporium via LivingSocial.

The voucher stated delivery in 5 days of purchase. After 7 days and no product, I contacted the company directly and customer service looked into my order and got back to me a few days later a stated I would receive my order in 5 days. Another 7 days passed and still no goods. I contacted the company again but received no response. I have filed a complaint with Trading Standards. Company director/principal stock holder -

I should have done more research before buying anything from LivingSocial which is now suspect and should not be considered trustworthy.

Had the misfortune to place an order with this dreadful company via Amazon. I ordered a lawn spreader on 21/4/2016, when not arrived by end of month i askec when it would be delivered on reply they told me it hwd been delivered by Royal Mail on yhe 24/4. I told them i didnt have it, after asking all our neigbours in case they hwd taken it in. They kept insisting I'd had it delivered but would provied no POD. On the afternoon of 7th May Hermes finally delivered the parcel which had been dispatched on 25/4. I informed them and they sent a very rude reply saying it was RM who delvered. I sent them a photo of the consignment label but no response or apology. Awful company with dreadful systems and appalling manners, avoid.

They made sure that I was happy with everything they had done!

Not long ago, i had purchased a set of plastic Bathroom accessories. The color mentioned on the website E4emporium.co.uk was well said, as when i received the product after 2 days the color was more than what i had expected. This has made my dull white bathroom touch up to some bright color. The product was well packed and taken well care off on the approach to me. The quality of the bathroom set and the price, i couldnt find this product any better else where. I recommend other online shoppers to try and use this product from E4Emporium.co.uk.
