Very poor service and customer service threatened to hang up no refund on a broken item which legally purchased within 1 month for a defect item. Will be filing a claim with the ombudsman.Due to covid obviously we could not get the item checked by the bathroom fitter till now. The glass came smashed and the company is trying to blame the courier company. Seems like theyre taking advantage of coronovirus to not refund or replace their product. Absolutelty shocking. Avoid and go to a more reputable company. Disgusting service!

Purchased this sink to do retro style bathroom fits the bill perfectly looks great with my white metro tiles. Delivery on time when promised & packaged very well. Good solid wooden legs & great sink I just love it so pleased with my purchase. Would defo recommend to friends & family. Huge selection of sinks in all shapes sizes & styles.

A few months ago we ordered an under counter basin. It came quickly and was passed on to the Developer constructing our new flat in an old building. Some months later we are told that the basin is too large for what they have put in place in the ensuite!!! Nightmare for us as now there's a narrow counter top for a wash basin, but back to the Clickbasin site where we found a few smaller counter top basins that might work. We rang for advice and the Customer Service girl was knowledgeable and exceptionally helpful. We are going to buy 2 basins (we had 2 problems to overcome).
