We ordered a number of bathroom products from Bathrooms of Distinction. Sadly on arrival the mirrored front of the LED wall hanging cabinet was slightly damaged. We contacted BoD and were advised of the follow up procedure. I am delighted to say that a replacement has been provided free of charge. Over and above this, all items ordered arrived on time as promised and we have been delighted with quality and price. Many thanks to BoD.

Contacted to see if Company(saw them on eBay) could supply some extra doors and plinth for bathroom furniture of 6 yrs + where there had been water damage.

Most of what they sell is supplied direct from the manufacturer so they have no control over quality or accidents. In my case it was a duff Premier shower tray but they refunded every penny including the cost of the waste, the riser kit etc. The Shower enclosure was fine so no complaints all round.

Will be back for more bits quite soon.
