Forgot showrooms and flash high street store, This company dont have either but they have a selection to die for and prices no one else could match,

In the centre of Bradford they havr parking and although they are not a showrrom they took hours getting all the products i bought out of stock and out of the boxes to show me

I will shop here again everytime i need plumbing products

Purchased a number of items for new guest loo at Christmas time and all went very well, good communication & fast delivery. The items were fitted and looked fantastic, however on refilling the soap dispenser which was playing up a bit I noticed the inner bottle had split at top so it was no longer pumping well.

Contacted Bradford Bathrooms by email & asked if they could help, including pictures of the faulty item. They responded immediately and escalated the issue to the manufacturer/wholesaler for action. I received a replacement unit within 2 weeks and am delighted both with the item and especially the polite and expedited service. Highly recommended.

99% of the time order and delivery ran like clockwork. the other 1% was rectified so quickly and politely i could not be more pleased and satisfied.

I found the Bradford bathroom company to be fantastic, The prices and range of products available in there website was jaw dropping and unlike allot of internet companies today they have UK based staff who answer a local rate number when you contact them, I bought products from varies companies on the web and found that although most look great on the surface some dont even have contact telephone numbers its email only this makes asking questions tedious, The Bradford bathroom company took the time to explain which taps and shower would suit my water system best and delivered the items just a few days later, I would reccomned Bradford Bathrooms to everyone a great on-line shopping experiance

Fantastic customer service, I vivisted the Bradford bathroom shop to buy a new basin mixer tap, I have already decided what i wanted, however when i got there after speaking to one of there office staff for 10 minutes they told me i didnt require a new tap but a new carterdige instead, This saved me £50 and im sure most places would have just sold me what i wanted rather than helping me save money, Very impressed

Don't be put off by the fact they don't have a showroom they had for more in stock to show me than any of the other retailers i visited, There range is huge and they are quite happy to get items out for you to look, They also gave me great advise on what i could and couldn't fit in my bathroom

Good all round shopping experience i will be telling all my friends!
