I have just bought a thing from Cleanstore.co.uk- will never recommend them to anyone ever- next day delivery ended up to be going for like two weeks now- the very moment I have informed them about breaching Consumer Rights 2008 (advertising goods they do not stock"- even though, they are taking money for the things; contact between us stopped- I still do not know why it is I am not receiving goods ordered two weeks ago- there is no communication between them and me; I do not know if they have sent the item ordered by me- I am taking, that they did not since no one got back to me with what has happened with my order- not even with that, if my item has been even sent to me- a disaster they are!!- if I knew..., I would have paid even £20 f...ing pounds extra just have the thing with me by now- do no not bother!!!- do not order from "them"; pay an extra £10 and have this delivered on time

I placed my order for a Karcher high pressure drain cleaning kit with Cleanstore at 14:15 on Thursday November 4th. It was delivered at 09:00 the very next day; it was £4.00 cheaper than the competition and they provided automatic updates on order status. Although some people appear to have had some challenges with Cleanstore my experience has been one of great service and I'll certainly be buying from them again. Frank, Cheltenham

karcher 7.85m pressure washer

I ordered a k7.85 pressure washer on friday19th. i recieved email on monday stating there was problem with address. I phoned on tuesday to sort it, could not get through so left a message. No one returned call so phoned again wednesday, found the problem to be a letter missing off the end of my post code. However was promised delivery thursday, none came so phoned again friday to confirm delivery as i was waiting in. i was told that they think its been sent but would check and call back. waited over an hour and phoned again to renell who told me the guy i had spoken to had gone for lunch. Eventually he phoned back to tell me that no my pressure washer had still not been sent. Not a one stage did i recieve any type of apology which leads me to believe this is a common occurence for their staff. I have cancelled my order have and now have to rush out and buy one from a store. It amazes me how companies like this keep operating especially in this current climate. This is the first reveiw i have wrote in the hope to discourage other customers from falling into the same trap as myself after reading their false reviews on their own page!

I had problems when trying to order the Karcher K3.91 MDB+ pressure washer from cleanstore.co.uk. The sales people needed a landline number, which I didn't have (said needed for security reasons). Even if I had one, I wouldn't give it out to anyone anyway. It is the first time I have heard this. I phoned www.justoffbase.co.uk and they beat the price by 5 pounds and did the regular security check of the last 3 digits on the back of the card. Very happy!! I will not use Cleanstore again, and they haven't even replied back...
