These Machines Are Garbage
I bought this machine approx 9 months ago from B&Q.
On only the third time of use, the high pressure hose had worn through due to a design fault causing vibration from the machine to rub the hose against the ground.
When i returned it to B&Q, they were most unhelpful saying I would have to pay £45 for a new hose and Lance as they come together and it was my fault that the hose wore.
I would not recommend anyone spend their money on a Bosch power washer as they are not well made. Do yourself a favour and buy any other brand
I have just discovered this fault myself, the hose has burst by rubbing on the corner of a patio slab! I cannot find a simple replacement hose as the gun is integral they are advertising at well over £100 to replace! I am going to cut off each end and purchase a length of better quality HP hose and take it to a hydraulic fitting shop and have the ends re swaged (crimped) into the replacement hose. Still a £50 job though and fortunately I have the skills to be able to dismantle the gun end which I will replace with a quick connector as should have been designed in the first place!

I would not recommend this pressure washer to anyone. Used it for 1/2 an hour and the rotating head starting slowing, turning the hose on and off got the rotation going again but after a short while it stopped rotating altogether. Without the oscillation it's not much better than using a garden hose. Am taking it back to B&Q tomorrow. An absolute waste of money.

Bought a Bosch Aquatak 110 Plus about 18 months ago from B & Q. Used it twice and water started gushing from the joints in the handle. It turned out to be a small rubber 'O' ring on the neoprene valve had broken. Got a new one from B & Q but it didnt seem to be just the right size but installed it anyway. Work fine for about ten minutes then it blew again. Fitted another one and that only lasted for about ten minutes again. Have tried constantly to purchase a genuine Bosch 'O' ring but without success. It seems that if your handle starts to gush water from the joins when under pressure, then you have to but a new pipe and handle complete at a cost of about £70 plus. Thats what I call a real rip off by Bosch. I have come to the conclusion that it is easier on your wallet if you buy cheap and nasty, use it once and then throw it away.

ONLY USED ONCE A YEAR FOR THE PATIO AND ON THE THIRD YEAR BEGAN LEAKING WHITE GREASE AND WATER FROM BOTTOM OF CASING. WORKED WELL ENOUGH BUT DISAPPOINTED THAT ITS BROKEN AFTER SO LITTLE USE. WILL I BUY ANOTHER - NOT AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE. I'LL PROBABLY HIRE ONE NOW OR BUY A DECENT INDUSTRIAL WASHERS.
