Husqvarna 450E

Wow! I have used my 450e for three years , I'm a woodsman and it gets a lot of use and little mercy.

I paid £480 for the saw and for the money it is in my opinion probably the best saw in its class.

Easy to start whatever the weather , easy to adjust chain tension/bar removal easy to clean and maintain and very easy on the vibration , there is hardly any so you can use the saw all day long without getting dead hands.

Parts are reasonable and readily obtainable but unless you are using the saw professionally I very much doubt you will have to replace anything but a worn out chain or air filter every few hundred hours.

My saw has done over 3000 hours hard work and has only had a new bar , clutch and a couple of wear plates and has paid for itself many times over.

If you want a good chainsaw that's so easy to use even a novice will find a pleasure then buy a 450e.

Fantastic saw, used to use the 136 and this is just a cut above that (pardon the pun!) but the 450E is powerful, pulls itself through even the largest trunks, smooth power output throughout the rev band and the AntiVibe is just great! Very efficient too! Recommend

Just bought this Husqvarna 450E and was looking for some reviews, only put 1 tank of gas through and since it is a newer saw looking to see how some saws with a lot of use faired. So far so good very nice balance, starts great and chews through logs.

To soon and not enough cutting done yet to give 10
