Waltons Garden Supplies Greenhouse

Bought a shed from them last week. It came when ordered and, actually we were out but he called, waited and then helped us unpack and get the shed into the house. He was very helpful.

was going to buy a shed from this onmpany, but after reading all the negative reviews I shall be looking elsewhere.

Ordered a summerhouse, selected delivery date. Booked day off work, arrange for people to come round the following weekend to help with construction.

However on day of delivery there was no confirmation phone call from driver and no-one turned up to deliver??!! A whole day wasted (and a holiday day off work) for no reason, all because Waltons Garden Buildings couldn't be bothered to deliver the Summer house I ordered and paid for. No one answered the phone, I sent several emails, all ignored.

Finally got through to someone following money and got my money back (tip: pay with credit card, you will be covered under Section 75 Consumer Credit Act). Out of pocket on the lengthy premium rate phone call. had an apology for the no sow delivery, but no reason given. They didn't bother finding out why and letting me know. They didn't even try to keep me as a customer, just couldn't be bothered with the hassle.

if you order from these cowboys then you better pray that 1) you actually get what you ordered and 2) it isn't defective, because if it is there is NO customer service to help rectify the problem, you're on your own.

have re-ordered from a proper company now and only paid a few quid extra for a different (and much nicer) summer house.

Disgraceful.

Absolute shambles of a company. Ordered 3 fence panels and a fence post. When delivered one of the panels was broken and the post was warped. After much toing and froing a replacement panel turned up but the driver wouldn't take away the broken panel and knew nothing about a new post.

4 weeks later (7 weeks after the original order) I still haven't had the replacement post despite having been told on three separate occasions that it would be with me in 'a few days'. Avoid this company.

I ordered on line from WALTONS garden supplies in Nottingham a greenhouse for my daughter, it is the third item I bought from this company.

Anyway they are absolutely fantastic, customer service is above first class and the delivery is out of this world, good old fashioned customer service, it makes such a nice change. Delivery on the greenhouse was actually a day early woud you beleive !!

101% OUT OF A 100, I will definately use this company again without any doubt at all.
