Do Not Buy Anything From This Company-waltons Garden Sheds .
Hi,
I purchased this shed last week, and what a mistake I made, i should have read the many poor reviews of this company, on a number of Websites.
The Shed can only be described as not fit for purpose. The panels are so thin they can best be described as matchwood. The back Panel was full of holes where the Knots had fallen through, 'you dont need a window with this Shed you can see through the Panels'.
The Shed Sags in the middle, due to the Central Support Beam being in two, parts, and held together with a metal plate, had to support the Roof with an Acro Prop. The Roof supports are flimsy, and need strengthening.
The Roof felt is so thin It allows moisture to penetrate.
They sent 26 pages of instructions, all loose stuffed into a bag, only 4 related to the Shed.
Customer Services are a waste of time, they suggest I buy a can of wood filler and try to fill the holes.
I am considering taken ''Waltons Sheds'' to the County Court.
Be warned Google search brings up a plethora of similar complains.

Absolute Garbage Poor
I bought a Walton's 12*8 ft timber overlap shed total cost from Walton's £400
I received the item on the specified day and the driver was helpful and that's as far as the good points went!
As I inspected the base panels for my shed I realised how flimsy and weak they were for the size of them so I have now had to reinforce these using 8* 75*75 2.4 m beams cut to size to stiffen the base at a cost of £100 odd pounds
Then once I had done that layed the base and started to assemble the shed on it and on starting to assemble I could already see some glaring problems
Such as all the panels were not trimmed to the size they were meant to be.
And after I had sorted this the next tremendous let down was the thickness of the Perspex windows followed by the fact they were possibly only 2mm larger than the opening which then caused them to be blown clean out in a strong breeze we had.
The roof central support beam comes as two pieces which is held together with a flimsy metal plate which bends all over after it's install and the supports that hold said beam are the cheapest flimsiest garbage I have ever seen .
The supports for the roof are a joke for the size of the surface area.
The felt is dreadful
All in all avoid Walton's garden buildings they are trading in sub grade garbage that should be sawdust!
Hi,
Just bought one of these myself, and totally agree with your comments.
Absolute rubbish, I guess the panels are manufactured from the cheapest boxwood they could find. I have had to strengthen the central support beam, and the floor as you have. Customer services say I should fill the holes in the panels with wood-filler, these people are a complete waste of time.
Do not buy anything from these people, you will live to regret it.
