Started with a workshop added a partition shed,selected a potting shed. Then decided to have a concrete base. A visit by the person I dealt with to discuss the extended project, a quote next day. Very soon had ground work date and a delivery date for sheds.

Everything went to plan. We have fantastic sheds on a level base. Every member of staff from the first person to the ground people and shed people were brilliant. They were all polite and very hard working a credit to Insheds. We have something now that looks good and will give us a lot of pleasure. I would have no hesitation to recommend them. Good quality, excellent value, and have any size shed or style you want.

They turned up at 8am to put up my log cabin and by 1.30 it was ready to use,it looks amazing with double glazed windows and doors, the workman ship is spot on and I'm one very happy lady. Well done lads and thank you.

Ordered a 6 * 4 potting shed, waited 5 weeks to be delivered, was delivered but one side was cut at the wrong angle, came back the next week and erected it totally in the wrong place down my garden, blocking patio area and BBQ area. This is despite leaving a letter to where it was to be placed.

Contacted them and told them this, could not tell me when it would be de-erected and put where it should have been.

Also the beading around the windows was shocking, 2 flimsy pieces of wood both sides, they would have fallen out.

Got a local tradesman to re-erect it where it should have been, when he took to down the way the nails were in was terrible.

I sent them the bill for it to be erected properly and for the materials to do the beading round the windows.

Terrible company, avoid like the plague

I am very pleased with the prompt service, and am absolutely thrilled with the 12' x 8' shed I had delivered and built. It is a really good quality and was all erected while I was at work!

Web site easy to use. Ordering process good. Shed is good. BUT....

Beware if you live outside their 'free installation' area. You have to build it yourself and they provide NO INSTRUCTIONS. You get a pallet full of bits and have to work out for yourself how they fit together.

Phone enquiry was not responded to at all and email enquiry produced an abusive response. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Why do IN SHEDS find it so hard to enclose a simple instruction sheet with every shed? They clearly don't care about their customers!

In summary, good shed, very poor customer service.

I will not be buying from them again.

Bespoke Shed, great service, great quality, no complaints.

My requirements were not straight forward due to limited access issues, spoke with a person who is the Manager & he went the extra mile to come up with a solution & pulled out all of the stops. I had spoken with other companies who were dismissive & not interested.

We really have trawled the internet and visited many manufacturers before we found in sheds! I was very impressed with there professionalism and you can just tell how every one cares about what they are doing. So we decided to go with them, the summerhouse arrived and it had fantastic build quality and craftsmanship.

Only thing i will say is that we had a couple of small issues when the summerhouse was up but they came straight back out the next week to sort it out so we cant even fault them for that!

All in all chuffed to bits with it and i cant wait to get out there this evening with a cheeky glass of wine.

I can thoroughly recommend any building from this company. I found the whole experience of ordering,collecting and the shed itself to be very good. It meets my needs as a potting shed. The build quality is very good and building the shed was very easy and straight-forward. Whilst the product is very good I did add a refinement to it which was a front barge board and on reflection I really do think that it makes the shed "look" very good. Perhaps the company may look at this for the future.

Great shed and great price, they let me know delivery day beforehand which fitted in with several items being delivered so i didnt have to waste time waiting in.

The shed is exactly as described and perfect for what i need
