Please look about for a better company shed replaced 1 time as it came well below standard and second one now has mould and big gaps under 7 months old been told thats they well not sort this I have proth of the emails and photos the don't care after they got there money do not trust and customer service and management I'll mannered £400 wasted

FOREST GARDENS LAP LARCH PENT SHED: What a total waste of £470 -

10ft x 6ft pile of rubbish, overlap my ass. Their website video would have you believe it was a well made and watertight shed.

One roll of felt had holes all they way through making it unusable.

Everything done to minimum standards. I doubt if their idea of a 15 yr guarantee against rot will last 1 year.

ADVICE give this company a very wide berth.

Appalling service with 3 MISSED delivery dates before we finally received it. I wrote them a letter of complaints and they have not even had the courtesy to reply.

They seem to think that they cover themselves in stating "If the product is not constructed in accordance with instructions, or altered in any way (e.g painted) the manufacturer cannot be held liable for resulting damage"

What they should have stated was "unless you are prepared to strengthen the internal uprights and roof supports, seal all the lap larch and all the corners, square off the twisted door and seal all the external corner uprightsand buy new felting for the roof. Then don't bother to purchase"

Really disappointed with the Overlap Dip Treated 5x3 Apex Shed, it's definitely not the dimensions it states on the website. It's 3 inches shorter in the width & 2 inches shorter in height. Plus the wood is warped on the back so will let the rain in and the base is flimsy! If it states a size it should be that size!

I ordered a Forest Garden 8 x 6 Pent Overlap shed through a third party supplier and only read the reviews after placing my order. As most of the reviews were a couple of years old I decided, as they had just the shed I wanted, I would see what happened. HOW WRONG I WAS! I had been given a delivery date of today and a time slot of 7-10.50 am At 9.45 I received a telephone call from a very apologetic lady who told me that the driver had reported to her that he had gone to load the shed for delivery and discovered there was no stock - when asked when it would be available, she said that she 'hoped' it would be some time next week. I contacted the supplier and cancelled the order and a refund has been authorised. I would add that the lady at the supplier didn't seem surprised at what had happened. How on earth this company manages to still be trading is beyond me!! Lesson learned.

Like the rest of you I wished I had read these reviews before ordering. I was told my fence panels would be delivered between 7am and 9am Saturday morning. Got up at 7am as didn't want to wake the rest of the household. At 1.30pm still waiting and their office isn't open. I'll let you know what happens and update my review accordingly.

I gt sacked from this company because I refused to hit my targets trying to produce better quality the worst company I've ever worked for I would never work or buy from this company again

Bought a shed from forest garden. Terrible quality, terrible service, terrible costumers srevice, no after service, no advise and no answer to any questions. I am absolutely disgusted paying over 250 pounds for a terrible shed.

How they run a business i really dont understand.

My advice. Buy somewhere else .

Bought this through Screwfix as they usually sell good products, shed arrived minus parts which they sent out in a few days, then started to erect shed when we realised it was terrible quality, all joints were warped and didn't touch, Door warped at bottom by 2" sideways and there are more underlap than overlap slats. Forest gardens service is diabolical bordering on rude, was told as I started to erect I had accepted shed fighting now for refund and collection as was sold a shed definitely not fit for purpose.

Sorry not to have reviewed this site before i made my purchase through shedstore.co.uk. Missing parts, holes in felt, and poor workmanship. When i called to get a resolution i was promised i would have the missing parts by the following week from their supplier "Forest Garden". Guess what, they never arrived. Very poor product, even worse customer service from both companies. Seriously take note of the other reviews and avoid, you will be disapointed otherwise. I am 3 weeks in and still no sign of parts. They can't even commit to a date. AVOID AVOID AVOID. 

After frustrating problems getting the actual delivery sorted, we are hugely disappointed with this product and even more so by the lack of customer care shown by this company.

The shed is not fit for purpose and I do not expect it to last more than 12 months at the most. The installers told my husband that they were emabarassed to be putting it up and had come from another job where they had been dismantling one due to a customer complaint. The shed is made of the flimsiest of materials, moves when you push the side of it (apparently this is quite normal!), the doors don't fit (again, to be expected I am told) and is already leaking.

Forest Garden simply couldn't care less. The response to my complaint was that we were lying about the comments the installation guys made and if we did not like it, why did we have it built. It is hard to tell if the structure is strudy until it has been constructed but this appeared to go over the reps head. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. This structure will not really even be good enough for firewood as much of it is MDF!
