Asgard Garden Shed

Can’t really fault the service or the product. Ordered online, was easy enough. The shed was delivered on the day they said it would be. When it arrived, all the bits were there. The instructions were clear and concise – 1 hour for two of us to build. Lots of screws in the shed, so it is very strong.

The locks work well and appear to be very strong – the shelves are tough and work well.

All in all an A1 onine shed purchase

Lets start with the bad. A 4 week wait for delivery as all Asgard products are made to order. Thats it for the bad.

The good: IT was delivered on time, by Asgard them selves in an Asgard van and the delivery buys took it around the back of the house exactly where I needed it.

The shed it's self is galvanised metal, so won't rust.

Its heavy, really heavy, a 2 man job to put together.

The whole shed is built from the inside, which sounds wrong, but means there are no exposed fixings on the out side.

The lock is a \"proper\" handle lock, with a pick proof bit.

There are vents hidden in the roof eves so (and this actually works) no condensation forms inside.

The shed is modular so you can buy extra bits to make it bigger.

All the doors and sides and roof are reinforced and welded, so they feel really tough.

The one I bought is insurance approved, so I get a few quid off.

I am well pleased, mine is top of the range and both of my neighbours have just ordered one each.

I came across the Access Bike shed from Asgard after my colleaugue recommended it to me. I cycle to work and recently decided to upgrade my bike as part of my Employers ‘Cycle to Work Scheme’ to a Trek Road Bike. I know its not a good idea keeping this bike chained in my garden and was looking for something suitable to store my bike in.

At the time I ordered the Access bike shed, I used a discount code my colleaugue had received for recommending Asgard Sheds which meant I got a 5% discount on my order, as well as free delivery which is really good! I also went for the Accessory Pack with the shed which gives you 2 shelves and 5 hooks as I wanted to store my bike rack and cycling gear together.

I was very impressed with the level of communication I had when dealing with Asgard before the bike shed was delievered. I was called the day before the bike shed would be delivered by their own delivery van. The drivers were very helpful and they dropped it off in the back garden for me which is where I wanted to assemble it. The shed was a week late though due to a broken down machine at the factory.

Although they say assembly takes around 20-45 mins, I would say it takes longer then that maybe an hour? But you definitely need someone to help you build the shed as some of the panels are quite heavy – especially when you are fixing the lift up lid.

Once built, it looks great and does the job. I would definatley recommend it if you cycle to work as it is easier to take out and go in the mornings without the hassle of bringing it in to the house etc – and makes my commute easier!

Asgard Metal Garden Shed

Our Asgard shed really surprised us. We were so impressed at the quality and service we decided to break the habit of a life time and write a review.

Compared to the old metal shed we have replaced this was amazing. Our old shed was £300 the new Asgard shed £450 so the price was there or there abouts. For £450 we got a shed that weighs about a 3rd of a tonne, fully coated rust proof, vented bits (this was the problem with our old shed, the condensation poured off the walls inside as soon as the winter came, ruined our tools and bikes) After 5 months we have not had a drop in our new shed! The lock is simply genius, such a simple design, but so strong - it reminds me of the locks on shipping crates, big bolts inside shoot into the body work. I can't get over how good it looks, it is weird, it looks great when you look at it (a lovely dark green colour). But when you are in the garden, you don't actually notice it.

I do however have one regret I wish I had originally bought the bigger one, so I could clear the garage out. Not such a big problem though, Asgard sell shed extensions!! How good is that ? I just bolt on another bit and make it bigger!

Normally I am down on all online stores in the UK - we get nothing right 1st time and to start with Asgard were no different. This could have been a very negative review.

I bought a shed online from them after reading about them in the press.

It was on time - which was great, however one of the panels was damaged and I was not happy. The installation guys apologized and promised there would be a new one sent out straight away - I was skeptical. But the following day at 9.32am they were back and swapped the damaged panel over within 10 mins they also gave me a free set of hooks for the shed as an apology as it they have never had a problme before - so what could have been very bad turned out to be excellent. So full marks from me

I would agree with the other reviews here. Very good shed, by far the best on the market for the money. Easy enough to self build, good and strong. Delivery is a little slow at 2 weeks all made to order. When mine arrived there was a damaged piece (small dent) I phoned Asgard and they sent a new piece via a courier which arrived before 10am the next day no questions asked. Can't really complain with the service or product

I agree with the other comments - THese are good products - they will seem expensive compared to others on th emarket - but the quality is excellent.

Most impressive was the service level - I had a damaged panel (unlucky) I reported it and had a replacemnet panel the next day, no questions asked, just an apology and a new bit.

The Asgard Motorcycle Garage

I have just received my new motorcycle storage unit I ordered from Asgard. The unit is exactly as described on the website, Its a nice sturdy construction, and the double door is a nice feature.

Although I did have to wait nearly 3 weeks for delivery, you get step by step instructions and it takes at least 2 people to put it up in a couple of hours. A solid storage unit - feel very safe keeping my Yamaha MT in there. Would definitely recommend this unit if you've got a nice bike you want to keep safe. It even has enough room to put your boots, helmet and clothing gear as well as bike parts and spares.

9/10 - lost one point as 2 week delivery time -

Really good product - veryhappy with the build quality. Service was good - Had to wait 4 weeks for delivery though dut to some sort of Factory shutdown holiday they have in the North?!?! Wrot the wait though. 4 bikes all nice and safe from theft - I will be buying a 2nd.

Good colour too

After I bought one of their Motorcycle garages I was so impressed by the build quiality I bought one of their garden sheds. This was just as well built - different style and locking system (which surprised me) locks are just as good as the others. Delivered 3 days early (this time I paid for assembly) all good. Best shed I have ever bought - not that I have bought many
