Monaco Hot Tub Spa

I purchased the Bestway Monaco in May 2013, since then I have had two new water heater/pumps and four liners. The guarantee period was extended for me because I had to wait three months for replacement liner number four but now that has failed Bestway are refusing to honour the extended guarantee period.

They do say that they provide a six month warranty with replacement liners but are now refusing to replace the liner again. The fault on all of these blow up tubs is the air collar which provides the bubbles,the glue fails after a few months and although I was still able to use the thing as a hot tub (until the heater fails again)the liner can only be relied upon for an average of 4-5 months. I ought to add that the installation was inside the house in the garage.So if you want to spend your hard earned cash on something that you will only get a few months of use out of then you have more money to throw away than me.
