Do not buy any product from Lazyspa. I purchased the Miami Jacuzzi some months ago, and I have regretted it ever since.so pls pls dnt buy it.

Do not buy any product from Lazyspa. I purchased the Miami Jacuzzi some months ago, and I have regretted it ever since. The Jacuzzi worked once, and then never again. It just would not turn on.
In itself that would not be the end of the world, had Lazyspa actually provided me with a replacement pump or given me a refund. Instead, I was pushed from pillar to post and promised replacements and refunds that just never materialised. I was last promised a refund over a month ago, but I have heard nothing since. They just ignore my communications. I still have the broken Jacuzzi at home.
One they have your money, they lose interest! Do not buy from them!
Same for me with the Coleman Lay Z Spa, Bestway has the worst products and customer service. They will sell you cheap Chinese garbage, and laugh at you when you ask them to stand behind the warranty.
