Ordered a hammock, had to cancel the order. You can only contact them by email and they dont answer. Cancelled the order over 2 weeks ago and still havnt had a refund.

The kids have been after a hammock for ages and its been a great addition to the garden. We all enjoy using it as its great for playing on, cuddling up on and best of all snoozing on. Prompt service and easy to put up - perfect.

I ship goods from UK daily with no VAT as Channel Isles is VAT free but this company does not have the facility to offer the same.VERY PROGRESSIVE!!!

We needed a new hammock for a wooden frame we already owned. Lazy Hammock came near the top of the Google search and once I'd clicked on the link the website was very easy to browse. The information provided on each of the available products was excellent. The measurements were accurate so I could ensure I purchased the correct item. I placed the delivery at 1.30pm and was delighted when the hammock was delivered at 4pm the next day.

The website content, ordering process and subsequent delivery service were fantastic. I cannot recommend Lazy Hammocks highly enough!

I recently bought a hammock for my husband to use in our garden. We always wanted to add something more to our garden but we never knew what until we saw a hammock at a friends garden. The hammock arrived next day despite that we ordered at 1pm. We ordered some a stand and a hammock. The stand was very easy to install and then we just placed the hammock on the stand. Overall the experience with Lazyhammocks was great with no issues and we can recommend.

Very disappointed with this hammock its so small in comparison to the previous one that I ordered. There was nothing to say they came in different sizes. I don't have the time to send it back so its just sitting there.

Ordered a hammock first thing on a Monday morning for next-day delivery. Hammock didn't arrive. Tried the tracking number they sent... didn't work. Phoned for an update... never got a response. Emailed for an update... no reply.

Hammock eventually turned up on Wednesday afternoon and I still haven't heard from Lazy Hammocks. It doesn't take much to keep your customer informed and it stops a lot of frustration.

They won't be getting any more of my money !

Delivery of the hammock was very efficient, received a call from a logistics guy at Lazy Hammocks as I had missed my company name off. The hammock arrived in perfect condition and was amazing.

Went home and installed the hammock straight away and had a great evening snooze in it. Would recommended a hammock for everybody if you have the space. I live in central london and have found a huge slice of relaxation on my balcony, (plus added another summer bedroom to my flat!)

Buy a hammock if you can!

I love this hammock, it is strong, beautiful, ethically made and reasonably priced. Its keeping a skilled craft alive in another part of the world giving people secure employment to support their families. Lazy Hammocks customer services were fantastic too, any questions I asked were answered quickly even on a Sunday! I have no hesitation in recommending this product and company to anyone. Keep up the great work and thank you so much.
