The Garden Centre is spacious, with an excellent range of products. This commendation cannot be extended to the company for their customer service. The manager on duty 6 weeks ago shouted at me ' Oh' for goodness sake, sir ' in front of other customers when I questioned politely their labelling policy. He was redfaced with anger, and stormed off like a slighted child. I wrote politely to the owner and eventually got a reply 2 weeks later. I was told the matter would be dealt with. That was it, 5 weeks ago. No reply or followup. Palmers' concept of customer service would appwar to be' Get the cash in, be rude to customers, ignore their concerns... AVOID..We, and many friends in support, will until they at least apologise.
