We have just returned from a very enjoyable day out at this garden centre and would thoroughly recommend a visit here.This was our second visit and we primarily visited today just to have a lovely meal in the cafe....as we had enjoyed this so much last time.The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and cannot do enough to help you.The food, as before was excellent and the service was prompt and efficient too.The owners of the centre are always extremely helpful and make you feel very welcome. Cannot fault it at all...keep up the good work.

called into paddock farm,for a replacement waterpump to run from a in pond filter.a member of staff told me about the different pumps they had which would suit a in pond filter.the price was good for the pump supplied,installed ok running fine and a five year guarantee.

I have just ordered 2 UV Bulbs for my pond filter. The process was painless, even having to register as a first time user. I trust the delivery will be equally as good. I will pick them up from the UK delivery address in a few weeks time.

I should add that the price of the bulbs is around half of what I have had to pay in Spain, including the postage.

I searched the internet to find this product at the best price. Paddock Farm were the best priced retailer by far. After placing the order I was kept fully informed on delivery of the order and I was also able to track delivery.

Delivery was free and was made 2 days after placing the order. Excellent service.

The only problem I had with the item was that an O ring was missing. I contacted Paddock Farm and they made arrangements for a replacment to be issued and this was received a few days after I advised them.

I found Paddock Farm quite by accident while looking for garden furniture on the Internet. I have now purchased three sets

garden chairs and they are exactly what I was looking for at a great price. I made three separate visits to collect my chairs and found all staff members friendly and very helpful especially Janet who dealt with all my purchases. I would and have recommended Paddock Farm to friends and family and will certainly be making a return visit. Paddock Farm is a relaxing, pleasant place to browse around with lots of quality products on sale and if your thing is Fish there are shoals of

them in all shapes and sizes. Although I did not have time to try it there is also a cafe on site which from reading other

reviews is well worth a visit.

The staff are always really helpful and give great advice. The plants we have bought look great in the garden, even when we have gone in and said something like "we want something purple flowers, climbing, and flowers in June!" The cafe is lovely, the food is always tasty and reasonablly priced. The Water Gardens are well worth a visit.

I have shopped at paddock farm on a number of occasions online and the service has been really good. The prices are very competitive and when I need to replace a pump under guarantee, they could not have more helpful.

Paddock farm is a wonderful garden centre that has a fab cafe with a gorgeous selection of home cooked food. The owners and staff are very passionate about providing an interesting place to visit where you can purchase everything you need for the garden. They have a really good selection of fish, whether it be koi carp, gold fish or nemo fish, they have the lot. The owners also go to great expense and length to provide activities for children including Easter egg hunts, halloween nights, potato painting sessions to name but a few. Staff offer advice on all aspects of gardening and fish care. There is a wide selection of garden ornaments available to suit every taste and theme. The outdoor water gardens are particularly beautiful especially in the spring and summer months, they contain different themes, i.e. The Budha temple, that visitors and customers can saunter around at their leisure. The gardens also offer an opportunity to see how a particular theme or style or garden would look.

The cafe offer delicious Sunday lunches and a wide variety of snacks throughout the week as they are open 7 days a week. My family and I often visit just to have lunch which is always served by pleasant staff who go out of their way to ensure you have a pleasant experience there. Paddock farm deserves my 100% recommendation on so many levels. It's a pleasure to spend time there.
