GroTec Hydroponics, Manchester

These guys were fantastic and the follow up after a hiccup was the best! We had fan that failed 1 day before the end of warranty, YES 1 day!!! We called them 4 days later because of weekend etc and then things dragged on because i was away etc. HOWEVER THEY REPLACED THE FAN WITH NO ARGUMENT! We 100% reccommend them and there was a gentleman that helped me. Thank you all and well done! I am off to look at your website again now! 

Worst grow shop ever, i place an order online via website,only part of the order arrived,Ade one of the owners was most unhelpful and would not replace missing items, even after i supplied photos.i was told the items were in the box,customer service terrible,i am now £200 out of pocket.BEWARE ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK

I ordered a box of goodies from these guys and they will not send me all of what I paid for. On the shipment manifest an item was marked as packed but it was not in the box. On complaining they said sorry and would send one, nothing arrived. Then they said "no we're not sorry we already sent one". I told them thay had not sent it. I couldn't check the consignment contents infront of the courier due to the nature of what they sell. I told them I would have to talk to my bank. Then a new guy told me he could see they didn't actually have the item in stock when I ordered said sorry would sent it out to me asap. 10 days later nothing arrived. It's now more than six weeks since paying. If you can't open and check every item you order don't order anything from GrowTec.

I found the website to be very informative, the range of products to be very good and the prices to be unbeatable. In particular, the free delivery above £20 is wonderful; I ordered a large box's worth of supplies yesterday and it arrived this morning.

I'll be looking no further than grotec for all my supplies in future. At least for my initial order, cheap prices do not mean compromised service.

GroTec confirmed via email the contents of my order then sent me something else entirely. wouldnt dispatch correct item and then ignored emails.

Shop has parking round the back and a container full of grow mediums. They always have what I want in stock

The shop can be a little hard to get to at the moment because there are roadworks for a few more months.
