Ordered three Hornbeam plants which came superbly packaged all three being in excellent condition.

Had a small concern about the postage which was addressed immediately and a refund issued.

I found this company excellent to deal with and their customer service was very good.

If I at any point need any further plants etc I would definitely go back to this company.

The plants that I ordered to replace box hedging which had got box blight are excellent. There was enough for Grasslands to do the delivery themselves. Their delivery guy was very helpful. I would use this company again.

Purchased 3 2.5m+ tree from here last week, they are better than expected and already growing in my garden. Delivery came on their own van and the driver was helpful.

Paid £163 for a laburnum tree. Deliver arrived while I was asleep. 06.35 am and tried ringing me. Left damaged outside my property.

No planting instructions.

Dead within 2 weeks.

Contacted them and was told I had planted it wrong although it had no information with the tree or on the website.

Owners could not speak to me.

looking at the way they treat there staff its no wonder they treat there customers the same.
