Placed and paid for an order online - never received it - no response from numerous emails - total lack of customer service - had to finally resort to contacting my Visa card company to ask them to organise a chargeback

The pet shop, which wasn't too good before, has now been completely redone and it looks amazing! New fish and animals! I've never seen the place look so good! The young boy who's name I won't mention that works there provided me with amazing customer service and managed to tell me everything I needed to know! I'm so happy with the service I received and will definitely be back again!

Best price online and in other garden centre stores - delivered promptly, great communication from Cupar Garden Centre to confirm the order and arrange a suitable delivery date (at my convenience, too).

I ordered a barbecue from Cupargardencentre.co.uk simply because they were the cheapest online. I ordered a large barbecue (Weber Summit) and didn't expect delivery to happen so quickly. Less than 2 days later my barbecue arrived on a pallet, safely packaged and secured.I ordered around 8pm on Tuesday and received immediate confirmation of my order. The next morning I was contacted my telephone to confirm a delivery date - as next day was perfect, I agreed delivery the following day, Thursday. I then received confirmation that the barbecue had been dispatched and would be with my the next day.I am very pleased with the quick delivery and easy service, especially when another few retailers couldn't supply for up to 2 weeks - they obviously didn't stock the BBQ. So two thumbs up to Cupar Garden Centre.Thanks!
