Very slow delivery, 3 of the items were missing, 1 was out of stock but no prior notification, and full payment was taken at the time of the order. As yet, no response to my emails or telephone call.

went today and found as usual staff were unhelpful and surly. I had a 6 bags of compost on a trolley and 3 kids with me. Not one of them offered to help me out. Check out bloke wanted me to push barrow to the end till as that was the one working. Eventually someone helped me out. Surly bloke took stuff to the car for me.

Never again!

PLus most of your plants could do with a really good water.

And your staff need some customer service training asap.

Ordered some things on 2 January but they still havent arrived. Apparently they have moved warehouses recently and that didnt go too well......

Although the item was not in stock, lines of communication were kept open and today I am the proud owner of a new waterbutt and stand. Would certainly use this company again.

Thursday afternoon saw it, wanted it, Saturday morning, had it. Superb quality easy to put together and didn't have to spend £20 in petrol or getting cold and wet wandering around endless garden centres probably without result or buying something which would be just "ok"

The items that I wished to purchase were screening, bulbs and cloches for the winter which were all just as I wished and also at a very good price.

However, the service was excellent and friendly on line, the delivery was a sensible and fixed cost with no extras for being north of Perth in Scotland. All delivered in super quick time, if Capital can achieve this why not other on line sales?

An excellent, efficient company I would have no hesitation in recommending them to everyone in any part of the UK.

I just want to thank Capital Gardens for their swift and efficient delivery of our new Kettler Caredo chairs. Last year we purchased the Kettler table and this year we bought the chairs to match - absolutely perfect. They look stylish, are very comfortable and will take whatever the English weather throws at them! So, all in all, thank you Capital Gardens and I am sure there must be lots of other things we can purchase from you in the future.

Found a gazebo that we liked in a garden centre on bank holiday Monday. Came home and found one £95.0 cheaper on capital gardens website. Ordered that day and it arrived on Wednesday. Well done good job, happy customer.

Well. I ordered a set of furniture. After a month of waiting. My tabled ended up discontinued stock. One of my chairs was badly damaged. My parasol base was cracked. And it wasn't dispatched on time.

When it comes to trying to contact capital gardens to sort problems out, noone answers the phone or replies to your email.

In one word awful

I ordered a furniture set and bbq in summer. After much shopping around I found Capital Gardens who also had some fantastic offers and great products. I knew they had the bbq in stock but the furniture set i wanted clearly wasnt. I rang up and the lovely lady managed to order my furniture set and deliver it to me within a week, and the bbq was sent out straight away at no extra charge. I would definitely recommend the company to friends and will be using again.
