Have been ordering my dog food through Birchgrove Garden Centre, via Courier, for many months now. They are extremely efficient, and next day delivery is no problem for them.

Would highly recommend to anyone who was interested.

Have bought my Royal Canin Maine Coon cat food online for a number of years from Birchgrove. Have always had excellent service & great prices. Delivery is always next working day (as long as I remember to put my order in before 12pm!)Tried a number of other online larger retailers for cat food & they have always let me down with price & delivery!!

I visited the coffee shop yesterday for lunch - Home made quiche, salad, coleslaw and a portion of chips. Excellent and portions very generous. So cannot fault the food and really want to comment on the customer service.

The customer service I received was excellent and the customer service I observed even more so. To the extend of a member of staff carrying a try for a more senior customer. Very impressed and all staff need to be congratulated on the standards.

This is the first time I have used Birchgrove, I was drawn to them by the competitive pricing of the James Wellbeloved Dog Food,which is the only food I will feed my dog. I placed my order at 15-30 hrs yesterday and it was delivered at 12-15 hrs today, less than 24 hours. I received both, emails and text messages, telling me exactly what time my order would be delivered and it was! If their pricing remains competitive, I shall definitely order from them again.

I ordered 10kg(actually 12kg promotion inc 2kg free) Royal Canin light 40 cat food just b4 the 2pm cut off it was with me the next day @ noon.Your website had the cheapest price (£46.99)I could find and with free next day delivery as an additional bonus. Interlink delivery driver also helpful and lifted parcel into hall 4 my daughter,other delivery companies rarely bother to do this. I have been ordering cat/dog food online for about 3 yrs if you keep your prices as cheap as this I shall definately be back!I just wish I had found you sooner! Other companies could definately take a leaf out of your book!
