BarbeSkew Charcoal BBQ Grill

I've had the BarbeSkew Charcoal BBQ for 2-3 years. Great concept and the rotisserie cage is fantastic for crispy chicken. But the build quality is appalling. Out of the box the frame was bent, some holes were not pre-drilled for assembly, miss-matching bolt that rust. But my main issue is poor quality of components that require replacement; on my 3rd motor, the rotisserie fork snapped off, skewer rod buckled, welds fail...it just has a cheap feel to it. Which is a shame, and the after sales service is great. I have since bought a Kamado Joe Grill. Case of get what you pay for.

Barbeskew 11 charcoal just my wife and I both wanted a BBQ so looked at many found the only 1 that your could leave and enjoy the sun whilst the food was cooking we bought the half grill which we can grill whilst using 3 skewers to cooked I would recommend the Barbaskew as a great BBQ keep it clean as the grill and skewers are Stainless steel and put tinfoil in charcoal pan and it will last for years well done barbaskw

Ordered a barbaskew and was told it would be delivered on Thursday then on Thursday morning was told it would be delivered on Friday then on Friday morning told it won't be delivered until Monday and if we didn't like it we could have a refund no apologie absolutely disgusting customer service this company won't be go long the dragons where right not to invest.

Also the delivery company kept me up to date and gave me a 3 hour window so I didn’t have to wait in all day, so 5 Stars for communication and delivery,

Secondly I would like to say that I used the Barbeskew the weekend and I am totally impressed by it, this is the best BBQ I have ever used and I have had a few, it is so easy to use and the quality of the cooking I don’t think will be beating. I have looked and I can honestly say there is nothing I can complain about. Again this is a 5 Star BBQ and I would highly recommend this to anyone.

Is there any other type of bbq to use? Well there shouldn't be or at least why on earth would you want to! I have had my BarbeSkew now for 7 years and I wouldn't swap it for anything. So easy to use and cooks perfect every time. I love putting the food on, closing the lid and enjoying a cold beer while the BarbeSkew cooks the food without any worry of burning the living daylights out of it .... amazing! We had a family get together last weekend and we cooked a 1kg piece of beef topside ... 30 mins later we had the best piece of beef you'd ever eaten. Only problem now is everyone always wants to come to us ;-) I find it very easy to use and although the gas option would probably make it even easier, I love my charcoal one and I love the extra flavour you get with it. The web site has all the parts on for you to add extra bits as well. If your thinking of buying one, stop thinking and get on with it, your never want to cook a bbq on anything else again.

My husband bought this BBQ for the new house for all those family reunions. It works great, cooks the meat amazing and it tastes great. Does not make to much smoke which does not kill us to much.

I've been been barbecuing for many many years and consider myself fairly experienced. The knowledge gained has taken many many years of using different types of BBQ's from simple charcoal grills through to more advanced charcoal BBQ's and many different sorts of gas machines. Also of course the experience of cooking with different meats with varying fat content takes time and in the early years, burnt food!

I have now been using the Barbeskew for a year and this machine has everything. Quite simply, good meat cooked over charcoal, cannot be beaten but the Barbeskew has some tricks to ensure you don't ruin the meat. Being able to raise and lower the charcoal tray to vary the heat and stop the meat getting flamed is brilliant, the rotisserie system with 3 positions gives additional adjustment and then being able to shut the lid to smoke the meat, delivers a brilliant combination of all the things you need to ensure quality cooking.

Of course there is also nothing like it for your guests to come to a BBQ and see a beautiful piece of meat, on a rotisserie basting in its own juices. Quite simply a 5 star machine and a 5 star experience for all.

I have used various BBQs over the last 30 years and this one beats them all by miles.You can relax and have your drink without worrying about the cooking side.

I am now looking for an aid that will help me clean the rotisserie equipment.
