Royal Grass

This has been the best choice ever. Our lawn looks green all year long. The product Royal Grass Sense truly looks fantastic. Its fake but it looks really natural. Love it. The product and service I can recommend to everyone. From start to finish a job well done.

I live in Australia. Really disappointed given I have contacted Royal Grass about an error in their "Authorised Dealers" installation of product at our house. I provide a copy of this communication sent to them over a month ago, there has not been any response whatsoever. Very poor given we spent around $10,000 ($Aus) on this. Unfortunately the insurance company advised they cannot be held accountable for the workmanship of our supplier.

A couple of years ago (approx May 2014) we had Neighbour Labour (Regal Grass) place artificial lawn at the abovementioned property. At the time they pulled out the old lawn front and rear, and also took out some of our storm water from the respective lawn areas. A number of these have were not replaced. At the time we did not think much of this, simply thinking (as perhaps your contractors did), that they simply allowed excess water to drain into our sump in the rear yard which then pumps to the road. In actual fact they have affected our entire storm water system and we have recently had the house surrounds nearly flood into the house. We need this fixed as soon as possible please. We have not contacted our insurance company as yet as we thought we would give you first option to fix this situation, rather than submit a claim through them, they fix and then pursue you. If I do not hear within 7 days, I will pass on this matter to them. I appreciate the circumstances around the demise of Neighbour Labour in SA, but do not want to be disadvantaged by a claim that the warranty does not apply (and involving unnecessary legal costs to all parties). The pressure in our downpipes from not being reconnected and therefore not being able to clear has split some of these at their joints and under the surface of our soil. I am happy to meet with your representatives at our house to discuss. At the time we were dealing with the State Manager, and I notice you still have his mobile phone number on your website so I am hopeful he can shed some light on this for you. We also dealt with XXX . Whilst I believe there has been some resulting damage from the works they completed (which has only become evident when we had the extremely heavy rains of late), I am not looking for that damage to be repaired if you come out and reinstate the connection of my stormwater to my sump. If the matter cannot be rectified amicably, I will advise insurance that the property also needs to be fixed and they can pursue this with you as well.

We had our grass from a midlands based company in Sutton coldfield called Kal-Co. The service we received was excellent with phone calls, queries and questions being responded to quickly and efficeintly. The "grass" looks great its hard to tell its not the real thing. The owner has a large area on display to view before buying. I would recommend this company and the Royal Grass product, we had Silk 35.

I had the guys from EasyPlants install my Royal Grass lawn and I must say I was really, really impressed with them.I've had some bad customer experience with articial lawn companies (see my review on lazy lawn) but these guys were spot on.They were very friendly and efficient, did a great job installing the lawn and even tidied up the house/garden afterwards - excellent.The actual lawn is great too. Its transformed our garden. We have a north facing garden which is very overshadowed by a large weeping willow, which means the lawn really struggled to grow.The new lawn looks great and Im looking forward to not having to constantly reseed it every few months!The only negative thing Id say about the Royal Grass is that it looks perfect. An odd negative comment I'll grant you. It looks like a lawn that has been perfectly watered and looked after. I think there are slightly more realistic products on the market (ie with more of the brown grass mixed in with the green to give a more relaistic amateur garden look) - however, for us having a perfect lawn is great and we're really happy with the end result.I'd absolutely recommend the guys from Easy Plants and the Royal Grass product.
