Twinings Organic English Breakfast Tea

I use to buy Twinings Organic English Breakfast Tea every week without fail as it had a very clear crystal clean flavour and obviously made with superior tea leaves (tips). There were some weeks this year (2010) where it disappeared off the shelf and I couldnt find it anywhere. Now its back as I finally found it in a small local wholefood store and the flavour and quality is now terrible - nothing like the original and worse than a cheap own brand non-organic tea that you could buy from any supermarket. Twinings really have gone downmarket and I see their production has now been taken out of the UK so no doubt has something to do with this sudden change.

I tried to buy this tea from Twinings online but it never arrived and I didnt even receive an order confirmation email. I had to write a complaint a week later as they do not answer the telephone - they only have an answerphone. I did get a response the next day and they said they would refund me and send it free of charge. I received a parcel that same day but it wasnt the tea I ordered but Twinings non-organic decaffeinated tea! Hmm - not good at all.

A shoddy service all round.
