Red Bush Is A Great Discovery - Doesnt Taste Quite
Red Bush is a great discovery - doesnt taste quite as nice as 'normal' tea in my opinion, but its very close so is a great tea substitute if that's what you're looking for.
Its great for re-hydrating too - as its basically the same as having a cup of water - so unlike tea helps rather than hinders hydration levels.
If you're wanting to wean yourself off tea/coffee Id definitely recommend trying Red Bush. I tend to have a few Red Bush and a few 'normal' teas in a day - which for me is a great combination
Twinnings redbush tea is one of the most refreshing natural teas I have tasted. It is correctly described as being 100% natural and is recommended as having antioxidants that help ward off free radicals from the body and being caffiene free.
Redbush tea from Twinnings is pure and totally refreshing after a hard day`s work and ideal for the summer, as it comes from the hotter South African climate where the `rooibos'/redbush tea plant thrives.

I Used To Be A Heavy Tea And Coffee Drinker But De
I used to be a heavy tea and coffee drinker but decided enough was enough, and to drop the caffeine. I decided to give Red Bush tea a go (also called Rooibos). I was pleasantly surprised! Redbush has a naturally sweet taste, so no need for sugar. You can also have it with or without milk - I prefer it with.
Redbush tea is also known for its health benefits, specifically its antioxidants and believe it or not, calming affect! The absence of caffeine makes it a drink to enjoy at all times of the day. I regularly enjoy a cuppa late in the evening.
There are many different types of Redbush available, and at the moment I'm particularly enjoying a Rooibos Vanilla flavour, produced by Dragonfly Tea.
Give it a go!

Redbush Tea Is Produced By The Redbush Tea Company
Redbush Tea is produced by The Redbush Tea Company who obviously specialise in this type of tea. There are other brands who produce this type of tea, but in my opinion, this one is the best.
Their tea is an exclusive blend of the finest South African tea from the Rooibos bush. It is naturally caffeine free, which makes it an ideal tea for drinking at any time of the day or night.
A percentage of the profits from the sale of this tea are donated to The Kalahari People's Fund to support the indigenous peoples of the Kalahari (www.kalaharipeoples.org).
The tea is sold in boxes of 40 teabags, 100g, for around £1.69.
Brewed in exactly the same way as other teas, this tea is very refreshing, and you can drink it 'black' or with a little milk. It is naturally slightly sweeter, and there is no bitterness, therefore it does not need to be sweetened, unless, of course, you prefer sweet tea! When brewed it has a deep red colour as opposed to being very dark brown or black as in other teas. This can stain tea-cups a little, but it is easily washed clean.
If you are looking for a healthier option in teas, you may like to try this one. I have tried green tea and dislike the taste immensely, but this one is very nice.
