Got Offered One Of These As A Gift. Used It 3 Time
Got offered one of these as a gift. Used it 3 times and it broke. Shoddy workmanship. Low quality glass. Very Fragile and overpriced like much of what Jing sells on their website. They refused to send me replacement as I had used the teapot. Found the staff very arrogant and haughty with zero sense of customer service. Avoid.

Be Very Careful Buying Glass Teapots. Like Previou
Be very careful buying glass teapots. Like previous reviewer stated, many tea companies import low grade cheap glass from China which doesn't tend to be very durable. The only one I've found that really lives up to their promises is The Exotic Teapot. They design their own models and only ever use high grade borosilicate glass. They explain the process at length on their website.
I bought their compact Lotus teapot and a drop dead gorgeous Double Wall teapot. I use them virtually every day in the dishwasher and they are still in great shape.

Jing Tea - Classical Glass Tea Pot With Infuser 65
Jing Tea - Classical Glass Tea Pot with Infuser 650ml. At £29.53 this is a very poor buy, the tea pot is so fragile I used it once and it was broken two days after receipt of order! The tip of the spout broke leaving jagged shards of glass. I spoke to Jing about my experience; they refused to accept it was faulty or dangerous, claiming it was made of toughened glass! Their advice to me was to buy another one! I don't think so. If I had known it was so fragile, I would never have bought it.
