Bottles Are Flat
I have bought the large bottles and smaller bottles and lately the colour has faded the drinks are flat when you open them the only ones i find are nice are the cans i have now stopped buying the bottles now i go for a different drink now did buy a can the other day that was fine but the bottles are poor
Not Same
when i was little i use to drink it a lot. But a few months back i tried it again its not the same anymore. Taste very different than how it was before.
I wrote to them a few years ago when they changed the recipe telling them it was awful. They told me it was the original recipe but I will never buy it again unless they change it back.

Tastes To Sweet
Would be enough sweetness with out the artificial sweetener and I had to pour half a can away due to it making my teeth ache just the 12.9 grams of sugar would be enough with out adding extra artificial sweeteners for no need what so ever I use to love this drink but not anymore.

Nice Could Be Better
Barr's original Tizer is mixing a bitrer/tangy taste with a fruity exotic combination this beverage is nice but gets a little bit boring after a few more sips.I would quite appreciate if they sent me a bottle multipack as I acknowledged that metalic cans have quantities of unhygienic bacteria around certain areas of the can as before pre purchase was stored in a factory where the can has being exposed to rats mice and any other rodents you can thing of.but most importantly the multipack cans are unpractical to pack away as you cant screw on a lid and save it for later if you are thirsty for a nice cold drink.
I think its about time they did a low calorie tizer drink
S--t

Bring Back Old Tizer From The Early 2000's
One day I walked into a store, I really really fancied some Tizer, as it was one of my favourite drinks ever! It had such a magical taste, then I saw the latest version...me and my buddy sort of panicked when we saw it because it looked so different and apparently the ingredients had changed. That's when me and my buddies who loved the drink had to buy a bottle, we were hoping they hadn't changed it but they of course had. I can tell you the tizer that once featured "ed the head" was a much more beautiful unique tasting drink. I can also tell you that it now tastes terrible and can leave a terrible feeling in your throat. I pray that maybe one merciful day we may get our beloved tizer back.

If It Isn't Broken....etc!
I always loved Tizer, alternating between that and Irn Bru as my favourite. That was until a couple of years ago, when the formula/taste for Tizer changed dramatically. Now...I'm sorry to say...I find the taste to be pretty disgusting.
Possibly the worst thing at times like this, is that the "party line" gets used about "extensive research" having taken place...and that any change was driven by customer preference. At best, this is a manipulation of the facts, often based on limited, or possibly even dubious data.
In my opinion (others may of course disagree, although the current, albeit limited vote, suggests that at least some do agree with me)... whoever the sample groups are that seem to be chosen, to decide what is allegedly best, they rarely seem to ultimately reflect what "the man/woman on the street" actually wants. The result in this case, is that a great drink has possibly been ruined.

I Love Tizer, It Has A Really Unique Taste. The Ca
I love tizer, it has a really unique taste. The cans are smart looking and attatactive. But i prefer it from a glass bottle as i do most soft drinks. The drink inside is just moreish and goes down well with fish and chips. To me its a good alternative to IRN-BRU. Its to easy to order coke, go on be different.

I Was Brought Up In England During The 60's And Ea
I was brought up in England during the 60's and early 70's by an English mother and American father. When my parents retired to Texas, USA, in the spring of 1973 I went with them. One thing I missed was the unique flavors and quality of some of the foods I was brought up on; Cadbury's chocolate, pork pies, and shepherd's pie are some of my favorite foods. One of my favorite times growing up was on Saturday mornings, me and my pals would get together and walk through the town of Woodbridge, Suffolk, to the Saturday matinee- stopping to buy candy and drinks at the local news shop along the way. My favorite soft drink was Tizer and for about 15 years I was unable to buy it in America (when you could find it the price was outrages). Then to my surprise it became readily available through the local export shop in San Antonio and I was transported back 30 years to my days in England; I now had a drink I could enjoy, other than Coke! I would bring it home a case at a time when I was allowed to. The sheer joy of reliving those early days was not lost on me; especially while driving home with a case of Tizer in the back seat of my Range Rover and a mars bar in my hand! Well, now they have fiddled with the product and completely change the dynamics of the drink, and to me it taste awful- my wife, who enjoyed the flavor, asked if it had gone bad or something. We used to serve Tizer to family and friends when they visited; and I was proud to introduce it as a long ago favorite, and truly original drink option to coke in the states - kinda like Cliff Richard and Elvis Presley was to the music industries... I don't believe there are to many people left who will remember the Tizer taste prior to WWII, but there is a whole generation who were brought up on the Tizer I know and love still around. Oh well, we must make changes because thats what we do- saaay, didn't Coke try that change thing to during the mid 1980's?
