The product was purchased from a Farmers Market in Kings Heath Birmingham from a small local producer called Holly and The Ivy. Looking at their web site, as they do a vast amount of very unusual products, which being small, has the advantage says it owner. According to their Web site, they are also at Stafford, Stone, Wellington, Eccleshall & Moseley Farmers Markets, and at selective food fairs.
