Thought I Would Give This A Try To Break Away From
Thought I would give this a try to break away from the "pasta stranglehold" of most ready meals!
Cooks very quickly - so if you have a fan over (like me) keep an eye on your timings.
Plenty of chicken, prawns and rice in a smokey tomato sauce. Could have done with some more chorizo, but I'm a total sausage addict, so maybe that's just me!
Don't know if you're meant to have it with jambalaya, but this just cried out for crusty bread, some good salty cheese and lots of black pepper.
In summary? A good meal, nice and simple
