Giovanni Rana Aubergine Ravioli

I loved Giovanni Rana. Out of all the producers of pasta on the high street and supermarket's own, the thinly rolled pasta is one of their best. It tastes good and is reasonably healthy eating [eat 1/3 a packet]. The problem comes with their production standards for great pasta first time, every time. Their customer service falls way short of it's friendly brand perceived quality. Despite many questions to the company concerning their standards, I've yet to receive response [3 weeks]. If one buys fully sealed and airtight containers one does not expect rotten pasta. http://www.flickr.com/photos/21486621@N06/4420855616/. It may taste good, but I for one, am unsure on the overall quality assurance polices their packeted products fail to convey to the public.
